福建厦门今朝律师事务所成立于一九九五年，是一家综合性的，并以公司、商贸、金融、房地产、知识产权等法律事务为侧重点的律师事务所；是司法部、财政部共同批准有资格从事国有资产产权法律事务的律师事务所。

从成立至今，厦门今朝律师事务所已承办了大量的诉讼与非诉讼法律事务；担任过厦门市思明区政府、厦门市湖里区政府、厦门市电视台、厦门市总工会、厦门市城建国有资产投资有限公司、厦门市旅游集团有限公司、福建统一马口铁有限公司、福建凯景钢铁开发有限公司等近百家企事业单位的常年法律顾问，致力于顾问单位规章制度的建立健全、企业经营过程中法律意识的增强，尽心尽责为企业排忧解难。并多次参与大型项目谈判，起草审查合同，为企业决策提供法律服务。处理了大量的公司法律事务，特别是国有资产管理及国有企业改制方面的法律事务，在担任厦门市城建国有资产投资有限公司（该公司是国家授权投资机构，注册资金为人民币5.68亿元，总资产约为人民币58亿元，下属三十余家国有独资公司）及国有资产运营一体化的厦门旅游集团有限公司的法律顾问时，立足于国家授权投资机构的位置上，为企业处理了大量的涉及国有资产产权界定、登记、交易、纠纷等方面的法律事务，对盘活企业资产、防止国有资产流失、保证企业改制工作的顺利进行起到了重要的作用，得到了企业的充分肯定。成功地代理了死18人、伤24人的厦门特运公司客车坠桥重大交通事故诉讼案，及被作为典型疑难案例收入最高人民法院案例选的陈雪珠诉厦门市房管局行政诉讼案等多件具有重大影响的典型疑难案件，并参与“4.20”厦门特大走私案的辩护。在涉及工会利益的几起案件中，经过其努力，在厦门总工会及中华全国总工会的帮助支持下，迎得了最高人民法院《关于关于产业工会、基层工会是否具备社团法人资格和工会经费集中户可否冻结划拨问题的批复》的出台，有效地维护了工会的合法权益不受侵犯。通过高质量的服务，今朝律师事务所赢得了众多的客户，其中有政府机构、社会团体、事业单位、银行及其他金融组织、国内大、中、小型企业和各种外商投资企业等。

Profile of Fujian Xiamen Jinchao Law Office Established in 1995, Fujian Xiamen Jinchao Law Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Law Office”) is a comprehensive law office focusing on legal affairs concerning companies, trade and commerce, finance, real estate and intellectual property. It is a law office with the qualification of undertaking legal affairs in respect of title of state-owned assets pursuant to the joint approval by Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance
Aiming at “high level and excellent backbone”, the Law Office has had quite large scale after ten years’ hard work. It owns complete software and hardware including modernized office equipment, law library and computer database of laws and regulations. The Law Office emphasizes the summarization and exchange of experience accumulated in case handling, monthly organizes all personnel to study business, stresses internal management and has established a set of perfect internal management system, lawyers’ risk responsibility system and supervision system. All these enable the Law Office to provide quick, accurate, high-quality and efficient legal services to clients.
Since its establishment, the Law Office has undertaken a large quantity of litigious and non-litigious legal affairs and served as long-term legal adviser for about one hundred enterprises and institutions including Xiamen Siming District Government, Xiamen Huli District Government, Xiamen Television Station, Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions, Xiamen Urban Construction and State-owned Asset Investment Co., Ltd., Xiamen Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Fujian Tongyi Tinplate Co., Ltd. and Fujian Kaijing Iron and Steel Development Co., Ltd. It has made efforts to formulate and improve the rules and regulations of the clients, sharpen the legal awareness of enterprises during their operation and dutifully exclude difficulties and anxieties for enterprises. It has participated in large-scale project negotiation and contract drafting and examination for many times and provided legal services for decision making of enterprises. The Law Office has handled a large quantity of corporate legal affairs, especially those relating to state-owned asset management and system transformation of state-owned enterprises. While serving legal adviser for Xiamen Urban Construction and State-owned Asset Investment Co., Ltd. (This company is an investment organ authorized by the state. It has registered capital of RMB 568 million, total assets of about RMB 5.8 billion and over 30 state-owned subsidiaries) and Xiamen Tourism Group Co., Ltd. that is also engaged in state-owned assets operation, the Law Office handled a large quantity of legal affairs in respect of the title definition, registration and transactions of state-owned assets and relevant disputes for the enterprises based on the position of investment organ authorized by the state, played important role in invigorating enterprises’ assets, preventing loss of state-owned assets and ensuring smooth progress of system transformation of enterprises and was fully recognized by the enterprises. It successfully handled many typical and difficult cases with significant influence including the litigious case concerning serious traffic accident of Xiamen Special Transportation Company (a bus dropped from a bridge) that caused death of 18 persons and injury of 24 persons and the administrative litigation case that Chen Xuezhu sued Xiamen Municipal Housing Administration (which was included in the collection of cases of the Supreme People’s Court as a typical and difficult case) and participated in the defence for 4.20 Xiamen Gross Smuggling Case. In several cases involving the interests of trade union, the Law Office won the Official Written Reply of the Supreme People’s Court to the Issue Concerning Whether Industrial Trade Unions and Grass-root Trade Unions Have Corporation Capacity and Whether Centralized Account of Trade Union Fund Can be Frozen and Transferred through its efforts and under the assistance and support of Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions and All-China Federation of Trade Unions so as to effectively protect the legal rights and interests of trade unions from infringement. Through high-quality services, the Law Office has won numerous clients including governmental agencies, social organizations, institutions, banks, other financial organizations, domestic large, medium-sized and small enterprises and various enterprises with foreign investment．

It organized Xiamen Jinchao Cup Citizens’ Behavioral Codes Knowledge Competition together with Xiamen Municipal Law Population Office, Municipal Spiritual Civilization Office, Xiamen TV Station and Xiamen Daily Press Office, in which 100,000 copies of test papers were recovered. It financially aided the General Office of Municipal Party Committee to hold Jinchao Cup Information Investigation and Research Competition in Party committee system of the city. It regularly popularizes legal knowledge to sharpen the legal awareness of citizens in the city. It has participated in the construction of Fujian Xiamen Lawyers’ Hope Primary School in Dadong Village, Tongxian Township, Shanghang County, Old Area of Fujian and Egret Hope Primary School n Pingzhang Township, Hukou Count, Jiangxi through donation, financially aided the education cause of Tongan No. 3 Middle School and participated in a large quantity of other public welfare activities.
