林德成，男，属龙，是一个完美主义追求者，1983年参加工作，长期从事企业经济管理和法律事务，勤奋、执着、助人为乐，富有爱心，深知世间苦人多，善于用调解方式化解当事人的矛盾和纠纷，立志终生学习，一生与法律为伴，与书为友。1983年毕业于厦门建筑职业中专学校，1998年参加厦大主考的全国自学考试法律专业并取得毕业证书，2002年10月参加厦门市房地产经纪人考试，取得房地产经纪人资格证书。2003年12月取得全国企业法律顾问执业资格证书。2008年1月取得厦门大学继续教育与职业教育学院颁发的法学本科毕业证书。 2009年9月参加国家司法考试并取得法律职业资格证书。现为福建厦门今朝律师事务所律师，现任国药控股福建有限公司企业法律顾问，多次参与企业大规模的并购工作。愿将所学法律知识和积累的经验回报社会，服务大众！愿与任何需要法律帮助的朋友和同行搭起一座互相信任，互相沟通的桥梁，共同步入和谐、安康、幸福的彼岸！

Decheng LIN, male, Lunar New Year: dragon, a person who is always in pursuit of perfection. I have been to work in 1983, and engage in Enterprise management and Legal Services. With the characters of diligence, persistence, Helpfulness, compassion, with strong Comprehension to Sufferings, I’m good at resolving the conflicts by the way of mediating.I determine to learn in my life and regard law as partner. I graduated from Xiamen Architecture Secondary Schools in 1983. I took part in self- Education and got the law Diploma in 1998. I took part in Real estate broker exam and obtained the certificate of Real estate broker in 2002. I’ve got the National Qualification Certificate Corporate Counsel in 2003 and got Graduate Diploma of Law in Xiamen University Further Education and Vocational Education in 2008. I passed the National Judicial Examination and got the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2009. Now I am a Lawyer in JinZhao Law Firm, and the corporate Counsel at Sinopharm Fujian Co., Ltd. I participate for many large-scale mergers and acquisitions business.
I will repay my legal knowledge and experience to the society, to the public! I hope to cooperate with any friends and colleagues through a mutual trust, mutual bridge and go to a harmonious, healthy and happy life!
