徐婧，女，四川眉山人，1999年9月至2003年7月，就读于厦门大学法学院，获法学学士学位；2004年9月至2007年7月，就读于厦门大学法学院国际法专业，主攻方向国际经济法，获法学硕士学位。2004年通过国家司法考试，取得法律职业资格；2007年8月开始就职于福建厦门今朝律师事务所，从事律师工作。从业以来，始终坚持以真诚、严谨、负责的态度为当事人服务，已经成功办理了多起民商事、经济、房地产方面的诉讼案件，并为当事人及客户起草、审查合同、代书、解答咨询、提供企业日常运作法律咨询的建议；能够熟练将法律运用于解决实际问题，最大限度地维护当事人的合法权益。

Xu Jing, female, born in Meishan, Sichuan Province, studied at Law Department of Xiamen University from September 1999 to July 2003 and obtained the degree of bachelor of law. From September 2004 to July 2007, she studied at Law Department of Xiamen University (majored in International Law, mainly focus on international economic law) and obtained the master degree of law. She passed the National Judicial Examination in 2004 and obtained the legal profession qualification. She started to work as a lawyer in Fujian Xiamen Jinzhao Law Office in August 2007. Since she started practicing, with a sincere, rigorous and responsible attitude for the clients, she has handled many litigious cases related to civil commercial, economic and real estate disputes. She also draft, examine contract, represent to write, provide legal suggestion for daily operation of enterprises for her clients. She could apply the legal knowledge to solve practical problems and protect the clients’ interests to maximum。
